Daily Sample Itinerary

7:00 AM-8:00 AM

Morning breath-work & meditation followed by independent journaling & self-reflection

We will begin each day with a live meditation session accompanied by breath-work. Each session will be followed up with some independent journaling guided by mantras and practices of self-reflection given at the start of the retreat. 

9:00 AM-10:00 AM

Morning Vinyasa Practice

This is your space to enter a moving meditation. You will be led through a sequence of energizing postures that are strategically structured to move energy through the body. These practices are designed to help you feel more balanced and at peace in your mind, body, and spirit.

1:00 PM-2:3o PM

Class Discussion

In these discussions, you will learn more about meditation, techniques for calming the nervous system, moving out of fear and into a more heart-centered space, and the importance of living with intention. We will have space for group reflection after each afternoon discussion to cultivate and inspire connection and personal growth.

5:00 PM-6:30 PM

Yin Yoga Practice & Evening Meditation

We will practice stillness along with deep physical and energetic release during our evening yin and meditation sessions. This is your time to completely disconnect with the external and take a deep dive into the more subtle, internal dialogue that we typically ignore as we move throughout our daily lives.
